Originally from the UK, Amanda has been living and working in the UAE since 2006.An award-winning service professional for 24 years with Barclays PLC in both the UK and UAE Amanda held various roles across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Human Resources and Learning and Development. The last ten years with the UAE’s largest bank FAB/NBAD in Customer Experience at Vice President Level.

Amanda has experience in training and facilitating a wide range of disciplines within business strategy, management and leadership, human resources, quality management, performance management, change management, coaching and mentoring, sales and marketing, customer centricity, cultural diversity, communication, and personal excellence. She is also a sought-after coach to senior managers and leaders. Her corporate coaching experience comes from a range of contexts including executive coaching, performance management, succession planning, 360-degree appraisals, UAE Nationals career development and leadership.

Amanda is hugely passionate about service and has a wealth of experience in customer centric environments both at operational and strategic levels. She has a proven ability in translating vision and strategy into actions as well as high connectivity among a range of diverse people in terms of position, personalities, and culture. She has designed and delivered countless training courses for sales teams, customer service teams, frontline managers, functional managers, and leaders.

Amanda’s training style is very interactive, encouraging, and supportive. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise by establishing well thought-out department structures using the latest available technology, strict compliance, and talents; she particularly enjoys consulting with early stage ventures. She is a great communicator and an empathetic listener who tunes in to the person she is working with so together they can create a bespoke, realistic action plan to align with the organisation’s objectives.
