Course Pre-requisites

This programme is designed for delegates who has completed our Microsoft® PowerPoint – Intermediate programme, or has equivalent knowledge, and is familiar with concepts such as managing PowerPoint files; using the tools in the File menu; applying backgrounds and themes to a presentation; using transitions and animations; and adding shapes, diagrams, charts, tables and pictures to a presentation.


This advanced level is intended to help those who are familiar with PowerPoint do more with their presentations by exploring customised templates, hand-outs, and notes. Highlights of the course include adding audio, video and other enhancements to presentations. It will also cover how to create different types of masters as well as cover the reviewing process.


  • Understand the sharing and collaborating features of PowerPoint

  • Explore the different toolbars available to help in enhancing your presentation
