Talk to our team!

Whether you are persuading colleagues, selling to a client or energising a team, the power of your presentation skills makes the difference between success and failure. When delivered with confidence and impact, successful presentations provide an opportunity to inform, inspire and influence an audience. Each participant will make two to three presentations which will be videoed for further analysis and feedback. This unique experience will give delegates the skills that will make speaking in public less terrifying and more enjoyable. It includes topics that delegates can look forward to, including: creating a compelling speech, using various types of visual aids, and engaging the audience.

  • Learn how to present information with clarity and conviction
  • Practice strong control of vocal and non-verbal communication
  • Use proven techniques to maintain audience interest and encourage participation
  • Ensure that the content of the presentation is interesting and relevant
  • Structure the presentation effectively through planning and preparation
  • Develop strategies to encourage and handle questions in presentations
  • Select and prepare the most appropriate visual aids
  • Deliver the presentation with skill
  • Deal with any nerves or stage fright

The foundation of our training is anchored in activity-based experiential learning. Upon completion of this workshop, delegates will complete an action learning plan identifying which concepts from the workshop to apply back at work. All video recordings will also be sent to the delegates for their own review and self-awareness. The methodology in this workshop takes into consideration different learning and communication styles, and more importantly language and cultural differences. It is through active participation that the adoption and application of theory is expedited.

Our training team pays careful attention to planning and designing effective instructional methods essential for the transfer of knowledge. It is the creative skill of our management trainers and consultants that reveal untapped skills of the delegates through:

  • Group discussion
  • Individual and syndicate activities
  • Individual and group tasks
  • Case studies
  • Role plays
  • Audio and video evaluation
  • Action planning
  • Experiential learning games
